Hello Mark. Same case as described in other comments :) I unsubscribed and then was able to resubscribe using the $25 deal, but no indication of a prorated refund. Here's my email marcos.porto@gmail.com

Hi Mark, same here too. Current subscriber but even after canceling my subscription it won't allow me to resubscribe. My email is me@chipriggs.com Thank You!

As Rich said: I can't get the pro-rated refund, so although I can cancel my current subscription, I can't switch to the new one.
