Hello Mark. Same case as described in other comments :) I unsubscribed and then was able to resubscribe using the $25 deal, but no indication of a prorated refund. Here's my email marcos.porto@gmail.com

So, impatience ruled out on my behalf, I fully unsubscribed and then was able to resubscribe using the $25 in perpetuity deal. Since I signed up back in September if I could get a prorated refund on the $30 I initally paid that'd be great, if not I'm not going to sweat it.

As Rich said: I can't get the pro-rated refund, so although I can cancel my current subscription, I can't switch to the new one.
